We understand wedding room blocks are very important when booking your wedding here at our resort. We would love to help make this happen for you with our amazing resort rooms that just went under new renovation in all main lodge rooms and have breathtaking views. Please note that for me to accurately give you a room block price you do have to have a signed wedding contract with your wedding sales manager!
Option #1: A “call in group” with no liability: Guests can use the weblink we will provide (or call Reservations direct and refer to the CLIENT Wedding). They will be extended a 10% discount off best available rates for all room categories, they reserve their room and will pay for it on own. These rates are good 2 days pre & post to allow guests to extend their stay if they would like to, however, it will be based upon availability. We would be happy to extend these rates up to the day of wedding if we have availability.
Option #2: A minimum block of 10 rooms up to a maximum of 20 rooms contracted for 2 nights at a group discount: These rooms will require a contract to guarantee the rates. We highly recommend a rooming list if you wanted to assign rooms however, the guests can call in and reference the Wedding to get the contracted group rate. Please note that if guests call in, it is first come/first serve, subsequently meaning that once the block is full there is no guarantee for additional rooms at the contracted rate. These rooms can also be extended 2 days pre and post booked dates based off availability. For this option, a template excel sheet can be sent to you to fill out guest information in a rooming list. These rooms can be paid for by the individual or go on to a Master Account. The only requirement needed for guests who are paying for their own rooms is their contact information. For any guest rooms that the contract signee or another family member is paying for, all we will need is their name on the rooming list followed by who will be paying for the room.

General Run of House Pricing (mix of King and Double Queen bedded guestrooms in the Club/Lodge, Cottage, and Casita’s at the hotel’s discretion) may differ from selective rooms (i.e., if a group block specifically wants only club/lodging rooms). Once the wedding contract has been signed, the accompanying contact information of the client will be given to Mr. Drew Warwick, from your Wedding Sales Manager who will then reach out to you via email with a formal proposal that will fully display the room block rates for your group.
