JOIN KELLY FOR A DOWNSIZING Q&A

If you have been thinking about downsizing your home at Garden Spot Village, but are uncertain about what that means, please join Sales Director Kelly Sweigart for a Downsizing Q&A on Thursday, March 9 at 2pm in the Garden South Conference Room. This conversation is geared toward residents who are considering moving into a smaller home. Kelly will provide an overview of the internal move process and a representative from Share & Care will detail how the shop can help. In addition, participants will be able to ask questions of a resident who recently went through the process. Registration is required. Please sign up at Resident Services (6000). In addition, invite your friends and family to join us for a series of Open Houses this spring! Dates and home styles include:

Friday, March 31, 1-3pm – Garden Apartments

Friday, April 14, 10am-12pm – Village Square Apartments

Thursday, April 20, 1-3pm – Cottages

Friday, April 28, 1-3pm – Carriage Homes & Sycamore Springs
