? How long will it take to get started?
This may depend on your familiarity with our carriers. System onboarding, Carrier Appointments and initial technology training takes 10 days. Carrier and Quote training can take up to an additional 10 days depending on your familiarity.
Yes, we can assist you in finding this through our commercial partner. This price will vary based on how much business you anticipate for the first year. ? Do I have to carry my own E&O Insurance?
Yes, you own your book of business, and can transfer it at any time or sell it back to our agency. ? Will I own my own book of business?
What is my commission split?
This varies depending on your experience, but all agents will get 80% for new business, renewal commission will vary.
How will Gibraltar provide support?
Our company will manage the renewal documentation, policy documents and commission reconciliation. We will also provide IT support and administer access to all our technology.

Yes, There is a $250 monthly access fee. This pays for Salesforce, Docusign, Roboform, Outlook and the full suite of Microsoft programs, Epic and Epic Quotes.
