BACKGROUND

While born and raised in Michigan I have called NW Houston my home since 1982. My husband of 38 years is Director of Healthcare Partnerships @ Specified Technologies, Inc. and he travels the country on their behalf. He is also a licensed REALTOR and serves as my licensed assistant when he is in town.

Suzanne Mason offers all clients a variety of services, from staging listings and hosting open houses to using a proprietary database to target buyers. With Gary Greene, she has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation.

Her motto has always served her well, “If you always give right, you will always stay right.” She is at her best when she is able to help others be who they want to be, get where they want to go, and live where they want to live. EXPERIENCE

I moved to Houston, Texas in the early 1980’s and began a lengthy career at Tenneco Realty, Inc., which was a commercial real estate firm and a sister company of Tenneco Oil. After spending a couple years in the accounting department, I moved my career into the executive administrative level of our legal department where I learned the nuances of what is at the heart of real estate. From there I ventured into school administration and hospital administration at the executive level building upon my business savvy and utilizing those skills in my private life buying and selling over 15 properties.

Real estate has been part of my life since I can remember as my father was a REALTOR and I had always visioned myself going down that same path. I joined Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene in December 2017. Since that time, I have been a steady and stable Top Producing Agent earning Top Producer awards year after year.

For those searching for a new home, I will guide in research, keeping abreast of new listings, preparing for closing and more. I am ready to help establish a budget and use my market knowledge to help find the best deal possible. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they’ll be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market.

Listening carefully to my buyers needs helps start the buying process and using my established contacts in the industry to find “the one” and move the transaction toward a successful closing is my ultimate goal.
