TEDxLondon preview

TEDxLondon ‘The Future We Make’ kicks off at 3pm at the Science Museum tomorrow. Its a satellite event to TEDxChange New York and will explore global issues such as poverty, child mortality and disease, with some of the UK’s top thinkers, scientists and innovators. The event combines speakers simulcast from New York led Melinda Gates and local speakers including Wendy Hanamura, Vice President, Link TV and ViewChange.org; Paul Hilder, founder, OpenDemocracy and Avaaz.org; and Andrea Coleman, CEO, Riders for Health. Check out the schedule on the TEDxLondon site. If you’re interested and haven’t signed-up for a ticket there are places available at a relay event at the dana centre. You can also watch a livestream via the web or follow the proceeding via #TEDxLondon on Twitter. I’ll be blogging and Tweeting from the event. If you’re attending please say hello. Dan Howe and myself are both attending.
