Welcome What a start to the 2014 auction season. We sold 8 out of 10 properties giving us a very respectable 80% clearance rate compared to the Melbourne average of 75%. Valentine’s Day last week, saw roses flying off the shelves at florists across Melbourne. Continuing that trend, everything’s coming up roses this weekend at Gary Peer. We’re auctioning in Rosina Street, Rosamond Street, Roselea Street and Rosemont Avenue. There’s no doubt it will be a busy and exciting weekend with so much market activity, but we’ll remember to stop and smell the roses every now and then.
