Bahçeflehir, Esenyurt This residential project in Bahçeflehir, one of Istanbul's primary growth districts, primarily targets the middle income class. Following the concept at Evidea, YKK REIC's joint venture with Garanti REIC which targets the middle income class, the Company continues to develop projects for this group. With a launch expected to take place in the second half of 2007 and featuring a wide variety of social facilities as well as luxury apartments, the project in the Bahçeflehir, Esenyurt area is still under development. The complex will be built over a total area of 54,087 m2 and will consist of 750 residences.

Narmanl› Han Built at the end of the 19th century in Beyo¤lu, one of Istanbul's historic neighborhoods, as service quarters for the Russian embassy, Narmanl› Han was expanded through various supplementary units until the early years of the 20th century. As the facility management company responsible for the operation of more than twenty projects, YKS Tesis Yönetim Hizmetleri, A.fi. is jointly owned by Yap› Kredi Koray GYO A.fi. (51%) and the Koray Group (49%). It is Turkey's fourth largest facility management company. YKS is involved in over twenty projects including Yap› Kredi Plaza, Istanbul Istanbul, Levent Plaza, Glaxo Smith Kline, Yap› Kredi Cultural Center, Topkap› Center, Neovista, Bentler, Yap› Kredi Leasing and the Yap› Kredi Factoring buildings. Yap› Kredi Koray considers this investment in facility management as an additional strategic aspect of its project development skills.
The Company purchased 34,537 m2 of land, currently valued at between EURO 8.5 to 9 million.

Elit Residence Elit Residence is located on a 4,500 m2 of land in fiiflli, a central business district in Istanbul. Elit Residence, amid Istanbul's modern skyline with its elliptic design, can be seen from a large part of the city. Yap› Kredi Plaza Turkey's first office complex to comply fully with international standards, Yap› Kredi Plaza was built in 1989 consisting of three building blocks.
