T h e w h o l e o f Dharamshala is divided into a number of nodes and each node is interconnected with the other, by some medium. This project involves the study of different kinds of nodes (big node v/s a big one/ small node v/s big node/ small node v/s a small node) and their intersections with one another and how the intersections act in response to the nodes. According to the programme, the main nodes were identified to be the administrative areas, the craft centre/shops, the lodging and the cultural areas. These nodes were intersected with each other and the in between intersections were occupied by other programmes which responded to the intersection and then the form was further developed having different intersections at various nodes.
