For MCs: Audit and tracking system from MCs to LCs

Implementation of Initiatives All plans for reporting were timely implemented. Most plans for Incentives were implemented The national CEM challenge not implemented directly. NPS improvement became a part of national campaign called Juggernaut. L.Cs were given targets for NPS and response rate. The incentive is L.C’s promotion by M.C. Regular Newsletters not sent to E.Ps. EP educational hub not created.
