Results ◦ With the growing culture of fire fighting in the LC, the LC has become more feedback and solution oriented ◦ Regular meetings are held with the EPS to understand the state of mind and solve grievances further to make sure that the XP is quality XP ◦ The LC understands the importance of feedback so therefore a lot more emphasis was given and is given on feedback be it positive or negative to actually have quality self select issues to work upon ◦ The Quality team is well trained to deal with reactive issues and figure out problems and a standard operation procedure is drawn for the same ◦ Response rate has gone increasingly high comparing it to the first three months of the year
