The mechanism is awarded internationally prestigious design awards and patents including the international reddot design award, Singapore Design Award and Malaysia Good Design Award in recognition of its quality and design. Besides, Flippers are only made of top-quality materials, and are subjected to rigorous quality-control.
How can I attach Flipper toothbrush / razor cover to my bathroom wall / mirror? Flipper toothbrush / razor cover comes with suction cup(s). Simply press the Flipper firmly against a flat, smooth and clean surface (such as mirror, glass or bathroom tile). If you want to move it, simply peel it off the wall and reattach it in a new position.
Can Flipper toothbrush / razor cover attach to all kind of tiled walls?

How should I wash my Flipper toothbrush / razor cover?
Flipper toothbrush cover is designed to hold up to 150 grams. For electrical toothbrushes weigh more than that, we recommend you to store the brush head without base into Flipper if possible.
Most toothbrushes should fit into Flipper toothbrush cover, as toothbrushes are usually designed with a slim shaft after the bristle (the shaft dimension is generally standard among toothbrushes in the market).
Why is Flipper Owl good for me?
Flipper Owl toothbrush cover comes with a built in 1-minute sand timer. Good brushing habits recommend at least 2-minute brushing. To encourage young kids to brush longer, rotate the face timer twice to complete 2-minute brushing, it adds joys to the daily routine.
How long is the duration of the Owl timer?
The sand timer measures around 1 minute long. Due to the nature of the sand beads, it might have a time deviation of ± 10 seconds.
What is a Flipper toothbrush / razor cover’s lifespan? Our research testing established that Flipper toothbrush / razor cover can 'flip' at least 50,000 times - this is equivalent to using Flipper 3 times daily for 45 years.
How long does the suction cup last?
It depends on the surface and usage condition. On mirrors, suction stays strong up to 3 years.
What should I do if the suction cups deform and lose suction? Dip the suction cups in warm water (approximately 60°C or 140°F) for 10 minutes. The suction cups should regain their original shapes.

Give it a nice wash at least once a month. We also suggest to wash your toothbrush thoroughly to remove any remaining toothpaste or food particles after each brush. Give it a little flick to dry your toothbrush before placing your toothbrush into the cover.
To keep your prized Flipper in a great condition, we recommend you clean it at least once a month with light brushing in clean water. To have a thorough wash, clean it in warm mild soapy water and rinse it clean with water. *Watch Flipper care.

Will the toothpaste leak? Does it dry out the toothpaste?
No, Flipper toothpaste squirter is designed with a small silicone opening, the silicone valve will stay shut unless you squeeze the tube.
The toothpaste is not flowing?
For first time use, it will require more force to squeeze the tube for the toothpaste to flow into the silicone valve. We recommend to use with the toothpaste squeezer to keep the tube full at front end for smooth toothpaste flow.
What should I do to replace a new toothpaste tube? All you need to do is to remove the old tube, and slot in the new tube. The toothpaste flow will be continued as you squeeze the tube.
How does Flipper squeezer work? Why should I use it?
Just remove the toothpaste cap and insert the toothpaste tube into the silicone slot at the back of the squirter. *Watch how it works.
The squeezer is a help tool that comes with Flipper toothpaste squirter to keep your tube always full at front end. It helps you get the last squeeze of toothpaste out easily and reduce waste with its narrow gap.

Just insert the tube into squeezer and push forward, that's it!
How does Flipper toothpaste squirter work?
It is cleverly designed to prevent overuse of toothpaste by dispensing lesser amount with small opening. Overuse of toothpaste can be harmful to our teeth, especially to children who are in permanent teeth development. And, it is easy to use, the silicone valve will automatically shut off after each use.
Which toothpaste tubes do Flipper toothpaste squirter fit into?
The squirter comes with a silicone slot, and based on our laboratory results showed that it fits most screw-top toothpaste tubes with a diameter no more than 13mm, and the length no shorter than 10mm. not recommended
Does Flipper squeezer fit my toothpaste tube?
Flipper squeezer works well on most toothpaste tubes, the tube size should not be larger than 65mm in width.
How should I wash my toothpaste squirter?
You can give a quick wash with running water on the surface after each use. To have a thorough wash, watch cleaning video here: 1. Remove squirter from the toothpaste tube. 2. Rinse the silicone slot with running water to remove the excess toothpaste. 3. Use small brush like spout brush, or cotton bud to clean the residue inside the silicone slot.
