We are enthusiastic practitioners of aromatherapy and we understand the benefits that essential oils bring when blended in the right way. ! LOST, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS! If there is any problems, shortages or breakage in your order please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after photos taken of the damaged merchandise are submitted to Gavin Luxe & Co for review. These photos must be sent via email to hello@gavinluxe.com . Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through FedEx tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
