Step1 upload all your pdfs


Step 2 OPEN PUBLICATION; Notice box w/URL address; write it down


Step 3 EDIT PUBLICATION


TO EDIT: Position cursor on down arrow and click on “EDIT”

Step 4 Click on down arrow and Edit


Step 5 Click on Links & Buttons


This box will pop up


TO EDIT: Check “show large bitmap” The image will enlarge and you’ll see a crosshair mark; Drag the crosshair around the word and click “edit”


Click on Index to begin editing


The editing mode you select turns red— And to toggle between your EDIT and VIEW just go back to the EDIT tab

Step 6 you’ll see crosshairs; draw a box around link you want; the box has resizing handles


Click on the Action you want in the drop down arrow And “Go to Page”


And “Go to Page” Enter Page number

Step 7 direct your link to an action and click DONE;


Step 8 SAVE your edit each time after directing to its destination; then click VIEW


Step 9 Click VIEW **view always opens up a new tab; close your tabs once you’ve viewed and return to the Editing page to continue more edits


Step 10 when you hover over your link, select the chain icon and it will navigate you to Page 7 (slide 8)


If the link was saved, it will direct you to your destination


FOR EXTERNAL HYPERLINKS: Have all your sites opened up or saved on a word doc so you can cut and paste the URL


This allows you to title and describe your document Notice it is highlighted

If you click on Embed Widget, it opens up another page of options


Options are self explanatory When you subscribe, you have all the greyed out options
