FROM THE DIRECTOR
Did you know that Gaithersburg is home to 30 parks? Did you know that all City residents live within approximately ¾ of a mile of a City park? As we move into the warmer days of spring, I hope you will take the time to get out and visit a park or two, or challenge yourself to visit all of them! Our website – gaithersburgmd.gov – even offers a Park Finder so you can see where each park is located as well as the amenities and features that are available at each one.
And, as always, we continue to offer an amazing assortment of summer camps, fun-filled adult and youth sports leagues, challenging in-person and virtual fitness classes, as well as a variety of special events, beautiful rental facilities and exciting programs that you are sure to love. With so many options to choose from, you and your family will find many opportunities to move, play and grow!
