2020 has really been the year of pivoting, and this year, we’ve come together in ways we didn’t expect. Despite the challenges of the year, GCAAR leadership and staff have made the necessary adjustments to offer our members the utmost in value and service—our primary goal.

From drive-by store pickups to our first (and very successful) virtual REALTOR® Fest, we’ve focused on providing for everyone’s needs and offering educational, professional and even social opportunities.

We’ve also launched a few meaningful initiatives that are dear to me and that I know will survive the current year and show just how much GCAAR cares. GCAAR’s anti-racism initiatives, which launched in August, feature education about racism in real estate (and beyond), how to support fair housing and how to understand our real estate history and its impact on the communities we serve.

We also launched the GCAAR Cares Emergency Relief Program this summer. Our members do so much to show their clients and communities their support, and as an association we want to serve and support our members not just professionally, but personally as well—especially now, when it may be needed the most.

I am most proud of the way GCAAR has continued to serve our membership, ensuring that no matter what comes our way, our REALTOR® family always comes first! Wishing you and your families continued health,
