2021 GCAAR annual dues deadline is Monday, Nov. 30, 2020
Your 2021 GCAAR annual dues invoices were posted online at gcaar.com on Oct. 1. We’ve also sent your invoice by email. Be sure to confirm we have your billing email address on file so you receive it! To check your contact information, log in to “My Account“ at gcaar.com. Your dues invoice will also be accessible here, where you can pay online. Be sure to renew no later than Monday, Nov. 30 to avoid late fees.
Payment options include:
• Paying with a credit/debit card online at gcaar.com, using our secure online payment system. You will receive an instant email receipt if your payment attempt is successful. • Mailing your payment to our Rockville office location: GCAAR Attn: Annual Dues 15201 Diamondback Dr, Ste 100 Rockville, MD 20850 • Dropping off payment at our Rockville or District of Columbia offices through our curbside pick-up services, by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
GCAAR accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), personal/corporate checks and money orders. We do not accept cash payments for dues. GCAAR does not take dues payments over the phone. Payment must be received at GCAAR offices or paid online at gcaar.com by close of business, Monday, Nov. 30, 2020. As of Dec. 1, 2020, all outstanding accounts will incur a $25 late fee. If payment is not received by close of business on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020, a $150 reinstatement fee will be placed 21 on outstanding accounts. At that time, membership privileges, including SentriLock services and zipForm® access, will be suspended until full payment is received.
