Registration for REALTOR® Fest starts in May Our annual summer REALTOR® Fest is taking place virtually again this year. REALTOR® Fest will run from July 12-17, and registration will open in May at a $30 members-only early-bird price. During the week-long event, you will have the opportunity to complete all necessary credits for your Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia real estate licenses.
