We:Lead Women Empowered. Leading, Educating, & Developing Each year, the event features a dynamic keynote presentation and incorporates numerous break out sessions led by respected women business leaders from Grove City and around central Ohio, allowing you to select programs that matter to you. The WE:LEAD steering committee of the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce is a group of enthusiastic volunteers dedicated to providing quality professional development opportunities that focus on issues facing women in business today. The WE:LEAD committee actively addresses the Chamber's mission of creating a positive environment for the development and success of business, with the added focus of empowering women in the workplace. WE: LEAD works collaboratively with the Chamber staff in order to tailor programming to the topics, resources, and learning opportunities in highest demand to our members.
WE: LEAD is a womencentered initiative whose mission is to provide education, mentoring, and connections for women in business.
WE: LEAD has exciting plans! Through the WE:LEAD event series, the group offers professional development opportunities aimed to educate and empower women in business, advance women's leadership, inspire conversation and connections, and promote development and growth among business women in the Grove City area.

Chamber Foundation Giving Strength to Tomorrow's Business Leaders Through Education The vision of the GCCF is to improve the prosperity of the community through education and personal growth. The Grove City Chamber Foundation was established by a group of members from the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce who sought to improve the educational opportunities of our community through financial assistance. The foundation embodies all that the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce strives to promote: education, growth, community, and success. This is why the Grove City Chamber Foundation is such an important piece of the Grove City community as a whole. The Grove City Chamber Foundation was established in 2012 by members of the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce who were passionate about enhancing the Chamber's ability to positively impact the educational opportunities of our community.
Impact! Since 2013, they have awarded over $107,000 for area students, young professionals, and local business owners thanks to fundraising and generous donations.

Southwest Community Leadership Leadership Skills in Action Each leadership class comes together as a group to plan and execute a community service project that will address a specific need in the community. As participants work together toward a common goal, they learn communication, collaboration, and team-building skills that will assist them in current and future leadership roles.

About the Program In 1997, the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce developed the concept of a leadership program for the Southwest Area that would help identify and equip emerging leaders for service roles in the community. More than 300 individuals have completed the program to date, acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to serve as community leaders. As a result, lasting relationships have been cultivated that continue to serve as building blocks for our community.

Program Candidates Participants come from all walks of life and are a diverse representation of the community in terms of professions, ethnic backgrounds, ages, interests, and expertise. Participants should be interested in and motivated to serve their community, be a leader in their own organization, or seek volunteer, elected, or appointed leadership roles.

Grove City Area Young Professionals Creating a Thriving Community The Grove City Area Young Professionals (GCAYP) are composed of motivated, young professionals ages 21-40 in the Grove City area. We offer opportunities for personal & professional development, networking, community service, and more.
Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship Opportunities All Sponsorships are for a 12- month period. There is limited availability for our sponsorship levels. Sponsorship is open first to businesses of current GCAYP members that are also Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce members. Any available sponsorships then will go to businesses of GCAYP members that are not GCACC members and lastly, any available sponsorships will be opened to GCACC member businesses that do NOT employ members of GCAYP. All publications and ads will be done in the Young Professionals publications, website, and social media pages, not the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce.
