Betsy Menand is an artist and adventurer who has a B.F.A. from the University of Denver in painting and drawing. She has also studied art abroad at the Winchester School of Art in England and has taken courses in graphic design at Northern Arizona University. She has been visiting Grand Canyon since 1985, and her work has appeared in shows in Denver, Colorado and Flagstaff, Arizona.

“I love to sketch, draw, and paint images gathered from my outdoor adventures. Exploring the wild landscapes and national parks of the southwest is where you’ll find me,” she says.
