“ Ya Gotta know where to Go….The FUN Starts Here….”

How Do I now where your show is at? As we say...Ya’ Gotta’ Know Where To Go” ….

about. I am going to put emphasis on where the event is at. We do get a number of flyers that DO NOT have a city or state on them. This is a big no no in my view and opinion.

We’ve got a HUGE issue this week! It’s loaded with car shows, cruise-in’s and more gearhead fun than you can have in 2 weekends. Actually it’s our biggest issue so far this year.

How can someone come to your event if they don’t know where its at. When you create you flyers, make sure you put the city and state and actual event location on the

We share the info that you send to us or show promoters get in our hands to use in our weekly issue and on our website too. The info we proved to you are readers is only as good as what is sent to us...and that is where I need to dive a little deeper into as an issue. The majority of info and flyers sent to us has all the info to let folks know where the event is at and what it is all

Mid-engine Chevrolet Corvette to be shown in July General Motors' Chevrolet division will unwrap the next-generation Corvette, featuring a mid -engine layout for the first time, in July. While the car has been photographed undergoing road tests for months, it's the first time Chevrolet has confirmed plans for the next-generation of the venerable sports car. GM President Mark Reuss, who also heads the automaker's global product development programs, posted an image of the eighth-generation Corvette - the C8 -- on his Facebook page late Thursday. Chevrolet said the next Corvette will be revealed on July 18, 2019. GM, Reuss said, is commemorating the 50th anniversary of the launch of Apollo 11, which entered the moon's gravity on July 18, 1969. Two days later, astronauts landed on the moon. Chevrolet calls the next-generation Corvette "the most anticipated Corvette ever." "It’s the sum of each generation before it," Chevrolet said late Thursday, "but will stand alone as the new standard of performance." Chevrolet also released several photos of the next Corvette, camouflaged, driving through New York City on Thursday, with General Motors CEO Mary Barra in the passenger seat. GM said the last seventhgeneration Corvette will be auctioned off to benefit charity.

Quick-and-Easy Steering Wheel Centering IDIDIT Performance presents its Quick-Release Steering Hub with Centering Pin. Racers who require a removable steering wheel can now be assured of perfect wheel centering every time, thanks to the IDIDIT Performance Quick-Release Steering Hub, which now comes standard with a Centering Pin. IDIDIT Performance has upgraded all of its 5- and 6-bolt steering hubs to include a centering pin as part of the quick-release hub that allows the steering wheel to be smoothly engaged with the spline in the same position every time. This allows racers to quickly and repeatably position their steering wheels prior to competition.

“These new Quick-Release Steering Hubs ease ingress and egress from driver compartments and also serve as a low-cost security option when the steering wheel is removed from the vehicle,” notes Trever Cornwell of IDIDIT. “The removable locating pin allows the hub to quickly align with the spline, making centering the steering wheel trouble-free.” The centering pin is removable for drivers who prefer a non-centered configuration, as is popular in circle track and Sprint Car racing. All IDIDIT Performance pull-type quick-release hubs are SFI certified. The hubs include tight machining tolerances eliminating backlash in the steering wheel for very tight steering and feel. A steel spline on an aluminum hub means no binding of the quick-release mechanism when installing or removing the wheel, and the pull ring is made of anodized aluminum for weight savings. APR 27: SHELBY NC: Southeast Gassers 2019 Championship Tour STARTS HERE!!!: THIS IS MAKE UP FOR APRIL 13 RAIN OUT. Event being held at Shadyside Dragstrip located at 2149 Honey Haven Farm Rd. Qualifying begins at 2pm. Adults $20.00 admission and kids 10 & under FREE. The 2019 SEGA Championship Season will begin with another record number of Gassers and Super Stocks in competition. A total of 77 SEGA legal race cars competed at the 2018 Finals for an all out battle that crowned three Champions in the A, B, and C gas classes for the 2018 season. 2019 will mark the beginning of a fourth championship class in that of the new SEGA Super Stocks. Owner/founder Quain Stott has started a resurgence in nostalgia drag racing that represents a true depiction of the original 1960’s gasser era. Though SEGA rules are loosely based off the 1967 rule book, they are much more defined and meticulously thought out to combat today’s technological advances. These rules prove to be a key ingredient in a nostalgia event like no other in the world. Every Southeast Gassers’ event is a true race fan’s dream and a hot rodder’s paradise!! So, come witness the future of real drag racing, while enjoying the historic roots of the past!! MAKE PLANS NOW!!! For more info go to https://
