Treasure Trove

It’s still out there gearheads...call it what you want...rusty gold, trust the rust, OEM treasures etc. TV shows have given it a lot of different names but I will call this one... A HIDDEN TREASURE.

On a recent parts run with a good friend of mine, he took me to a small town south of Nashville and north of Chattanooga TN. Yes we’re NOT saying the name of the town, to protect the owner of this treasure trove of early, primarily FORD iron, from being inundated with visitors who just want to look and gawk at the buildings full of OEM iron.

Yes parts can be bought, but you have to know someone who can put you in touch with the owner. Before you get frustrated and mad, do some home work...it will be worth the effort if you really want/ need to buys some parts.

We all hear about people coming upon collections like this across the USA. They are still out there and you do have to go look for them. That’s part of the fun...the hunt for the Hidden Treasure.
