COUNTRY & PEOPLE: Austria with its 9 provinces is rich in history, culture, art and natural landscapes. In the west, the Alps are the dominant feature of the country. The north, east and south appear hilly with many lakes and bathing ponds, natural river landscapes, a lot of vineyards, orchards and lush green meadows. The large cities of Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck offer many cultural sites and are famous university towns. The Austrians love their cosy lifestyle and their traditions. Traditional costumes are very popular with the younger and older generations. Wearing this kind of clothes becomes more and more part of their daily life. In beer gardens, wine taverns or in mountain huts you can experience what the Austrians understand by cosy lifestyle. Cafés enjoy a special status. Here one likes to take part in a more intellectual and sophisticated chat. SPORT & CULTURE: The national sport of Austria is skiing. This is the number one sport that people associate with Austria. Numerous world champions in various disciplines are from Austria. If you like winter sports - Austria is the right place for you. The Austrian Waltz, the famous Carinthian songs and many great artists and writers are an important part of Austria‘s culture. FOOD & DRINK: What would a vacation in Austria be like without apple strudel, Kaiserschmarrn (special pancake dish), Sacher Torte, Kasnudeln (filled noodle dish) or beef with horseradish sauce and roasted potatoes. Styria is famous for its unique thermal water, which rises to the surface from a depth of around 2 kilometers at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius and is extremely rich in minerals. It then provides well-being at 36 degrees in the thermal baths. Not only can we offer an outstanding wellness offer with the nearby thermal baths, but also an exciting offer for children.

Throughout the country you encounter testimonies of European cultural history. Modern art, film and design are especially well represented in northern Italy. FOOD & DRINK: Pasta and pizza are known to everyone! But Italy awaits with typical regional specialities. The buffalo mozzarella and bruschetta come from the south of the country. Dishes with mutton come from the islands or from the inland areas, fish and all seafood from the coast, of course. Ravioli, Parma ham and Lambrusco are produced in Emilia Romagna, Prosecco is typical of the Veneto region. Furthermore you find lots of different fruit, herbs, vegetables and olive oil with typical regional flavours. As the saying goes: „Italians have studied food“. Our Strasko campsite is located on the Croatian island of Pag, in Dalmatia. The two kilometre long sandy beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and is directly adjacent to our campsite and the outdoor pool and has a separate dog beach.
TIP: The cosmopolitan city of Zadar is about 80 kilometres from the campsite and is definitely worth a day trip! Here, it‘s not the bear that‘s kicking, but the tuna.

Our Jezera Village campsite is located in the Dalmatian fishing village of Jezera on the island of Murter in the south of Croatia and is particularly characterised by its family management. The adjacent pebble beach and the shallow waters of Lovišće Bay are also ideal for a holiday with the little ones.
TIP: Visit the UNESCO-protected town of Šibenik. It offers its guests a variety of museums, galleries and historical sights, as well as a wonderful old town.

Camping Adriatiq is located only 3 kilometres from the charming and well-known town of Primosten, directly by the sea. The beach is about one kilometre long and offers variety between pebbles and rocks, framed by crystal clear water. A foot and bicycle path leads to the bay of Primosten.
TIP: Explore the town of Primosten on foot. A promenade leads from the campsite directly to the centre and up to the church. The view into the Kornati Islands over dinner at the highest point of the town remains unforgettable. Sunset included.

Our Amadria Park Trogir campsite is located about five kilometres from the town of Trogir and offers a pebble beach about 500 metres long. Not only the Adriatic Sea, but also the new pool landscape offers space for relaxation and cooling down at the same time.
Tip: Whether on land or water, there is a wide range of excursion offers directly at Amadria Park Trogir. Speedboat tour to the Blue Lagoon or a picnic by the sea - what could be better?

COUNTRY & PEOPLE: Mediterranean flair, mysterious karst caves, cities of culture, rugged mountain peaks, hot springs and excellent culinary delights. DRINK: The mix between the Alps and the Adriatic is also reflected in the cuisine, which means that the Slovenian cuisine is influenced by Austria, Italy and Hungary. You will find ravioli, goulash, Klobase (a sausage speciality), strudel, Hungarian paprika stews and Italian gnocchi on the menu. MONTENEGRO IS AN INSIDER TIP FOR A PERFECT BEACH HOLIDAY, BECAUSE THE BEACHES ARE SO INCREDIBLY LONG AND THE CLIMATE IS VERY MILD.
COUNTRY & PEOPLE: The small republic Montenegro is a single piece of breathtaking nature.. Montenegro has the longest sandy beach on the eastern Adriatic - it is 13 kilometres long and home to numerous national parks. Fjords protrude into the interior, and the Tara Canyon is the deepest and longest canyon in Europe and thus a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Coming from the north you can reach the Bay of Kotor by ferry boat. This is a shortcut which saves you taking the long road along the bay. The Montenegrins are known for their hospitality and cooking skills, which go far beyond the borders of their country. SPORT & CULTURE: Rafting and kayaking, mountain biking and paragliding, mountain climbing and hiking are sports that you can practise in Montenegro. Additionally you can dive to explore ship wrecks, caves or just to observe sea creatures. It is quite common for underwater visibility to extend as far as 25 metres. The town of Ulcinj, which is the
most southern coastal town in the country, has a charming oriental appeal. The Old Town and the City Museum invite you to discover its mainly Ottoman past.
FOOD & DRINK: A speciality in Podgorica is a doughnut made with plums. Marine fish, trout and zander make delicious dishes. Meat is prepared in a hearty way. Most popular is grilled lamb or Njegusi cutlet, which is coated with cheese and ham, then rolled and covered with olive oil and a layer of beaten egg and finally ends up in the frying pan. By the time you reach the dessert you know about the Ottoman influences of Montenegrin cuisine. There is Baklava, Tulumbe or bridal evening cakes. Vranac, a fruity red wine with a dense structure goes very well with these Montenegrin dishes. CLIMATE: Full Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters on the coast. Water temperatures up to 25 degrees Celsius are common in summer.
