I was excited to try a keratin treatment because it was something I wouldn't usually get for myself. My hair is below my shoulders, straight and pretty frizzy. The marketing and packaging of the Gussi treatment were so cute. The box included a pre-treatment shampoo, the treatment, and a conditioner to use in the following weeks. The directions were clear and easy, even for a newbie. The shampoo and treatment smelled terrible. Not sure what the normal scent is on these kinds of things. The whole treatment took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, so it was a great excuse for a face mask and some self-care time. Afterward my hair felt a little heavy, and the immediate results seemed like something I can do just if I wash/dry/straighten it on my own. It has been about the 6 weeks Gussi expects the treatment to last. My frizz definitely stayed calm for 2-3 weeks. Honestly nothing I was too impressed with. This product was easy to use but it did take a while; for my long but fine hair it was about two and a half hours. The results were definitely there though. My hair was less frizzy, and shinier, and less prone to tangling (as an added bonus, dried faster also!). -Leslie, Gee Thanks! Ambassador

Starting off, I'm a total failure with my hair. I never know what to do with it, and it literally took me until age 30 to learn how to wash it properly. So I was a bit intimidated to try out the Gussi treatment.
I've had keratin before (in salon), with outcomes ranging from "OMG so shiny and smooth!" to "WTF is this rash on my neck?!"
I followed Gussi's instructions exactly (and they were really, really easy to follow! Even I got it on the first try!) and the result was a week or two of PERFECT hair without having do anything more than brush it. I, no joke, got stopped on the street four or five times by people asking for my stylist. Once when I was leaving the gym!
After the first few weeks, my hair needed a gentle nudge with the flat iron, but that's typical of me and keratin treatments. There was way less frizz for the six weeks (and counting; my hair did NOT get totally wrecked by a week of norovirus in my house). Unlike some of the salon treatments I've had, Gussi didn't eliminate all of my waves, which I appreciated. They just looked much better. To me, that's a successful treatment.
I love the priming shampoo and I'd use it as a weekly clarifier on its own. A bottle of treatment was more than enough to saturate my sternum-length, thick hair. The only drawback was the chemical scent, which on my hair lingered through six or seven washes. TL;DR: I was really happy with my hair, especially in the first couple of weeks. This treatment is basically foolproof. It didn't make my hair pin straight and flat, which was a big plus.

Honestly, I didn't see much difference. The process was good but in the end, my hair looked and felt the same.
