In Australia, cotton is grown in a rough, desert section of the country. Though the rainfall is not high, irrigation is the useful means which has produced and made possible, cotton growing at Kununurra, in the north of Western Australia. It is expected the cotton crop will double in the next few years. Science has produced a machine to collect the cotton.
