Our logo is a visual representation of who we are as a company and is therefore, very valuable to us. Our logo may appear to be different depending on where you’re seeing it. Don’t be alarmed!
01 Outside Cobault
This logo is the default logo which uses all of the logo assets. The three lines, the business name, and the “NIGHTCLUB” line. This logo should be used when a printed publication is to be seen outside of a Cobault night club and when referring to a Cobault night club on the web when not on the Cobault website.
02 - 03 - 04 Inside Cobault
These logos can be used on anything within a Cobault night club including napkins, coasters, menus, signage, advertisements, etc.
Note
The word “nightclub” should be used only when referring to the company as a whole or when talking about the corporate side of Cobault nightclubs.

Our logo can be very tempermental. It likes to stay in its normal version and in its normal environment. Here are the proper methods in which to display and which not to display our logo.

This is the default version of our logo with the three stripes colored with PANTONE 293 C on a white background with black type. This is very correct usage.
Please do not change the color of the stripes in our logo. We have specific PANTONE colors that we have hand picked for use. (Discussed later) The typography in the logo can only ever be black or white.
This logo is not our logo. Our logo has three lines, this one only has two lines. Please do not alter the shapes of our logo.
Our logo doesn’t like to be tilted. Tilting it just gives it vertigo. Please don’t give our logo vertigo.
This logo has been placed over an image in a way where it can’t properly be seen. Please place our logo over neutral and plain backgrounds. White or black are preferred.

This is another default version of our logo, this time on a dark background. Notice the type is white to compensate. This is also very correct usage.
Oh no! Our logo has been smushed. Please don’t alter the height and width proportions of our logo.
The “NIGHTCLUB” in this logo has been moved above “COBAULT”. Well, that isn’t right. Please don’t move around the assets of our logo all willy nilly.
The logo itself in this version is fine. However, it has been placed over a hard red background. Please don’t place our logo over harsh backgrounds that have an ugly contrast with our logo.
Please don’t give our logo flourishes. It likes to stay very clean and professional. Giving our logo drop shadows, strokes, glows, etc. just makes it feel self conscious.

Our typefaces are just as important as our designated colors. They give life to our logo and our brand as a whole. Please try to use these as much as possible when promoting us.
Helvetica Neue Roman Helvetica Neue should be used when type needs to be as readable as possible. This is a beautiful and well known typeface.
Roman is the font that we use most frequently.
We also use other font styles in this typeface. These include: Light Roman Italic Medium Bold Heavy Black
Aa ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz (.,:;?!ÂŁ$&@*) 0123456789
08
Bank Gothic Medium
Bank Gothic is what we use as our display typeface. We use it in our logo to display what city each logo color represents. You can use it for titles or headlines too.
Aa ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz (.,:;?!ÂŁ$&@*) 0123456789

The World is Cobault’s to take over. Each of our 6 worldwide locations have been given their own color as an identifier. This makes it easier to differentiate between locations and it’s just fun!
10
11
Image is everything for the Cobault brand. We have devoted a specific PANTONE color to each of our 6 worldwide locations in order to create differently themed clubs the world over.
New York
New York is the birthplace of the Cobault club. This blue is the default color of the Cobault brand and can be used anywhere. The New York based club has adopted this color as it’s official hue and must be used when referring to the New York based club.
Rio De Janeiro
The Rio De Janeiro club has been designated the color green. The Cobault logo should only appear as this color when referring to the Rio De Janeiro club.
Los Angeles
This yellow has been given to the LA based Cobault club. The Cobault logo should only be seen as this rich hue when referring to the LA club.
Miami
Beautiful Miami, Florida has been given a Cobault club with this orange as the official color. The Cobault logo should only appear orange when referring to the Miami club.
Tokyo
We have sent our amazing club experiences to the people all the way around the world and the color we’ve given them is this fuschia. The Cobault logo should only appear as this color when referring to the Tokyo based club.
Ibiza
Our unique club has made it to the party capital of the world and we’ve given this location a sultry purple to distinguish itself. The Cobault logo should only appear purple when referring to the Ibiza club.

Note
The black and white versions of the logo can be used anywhere. You don’t always have to print in color, but please try not to print the color versions of these logos by converting them to grey scale. Doing this will just cause them to lose all richness and meaning and that isn’t good for anyone. Please be color conscious when using the differently colored versions of these logos. If you put the orange Miami logo over a picture of Florida oranges, the stripes will be very hard to see and they are a very important asset to us. If you can’t seem to find a happy medium between the background color and the color of the logo, feel free to use the black or white logo. You must always make sure that the name of the city being referenced is present if using the black or white logos. We will undoubtedly continue to branch out and for every city that we add to our repertoire of venues, a new color will be designated.

Breathing is great. We’re sure you love breathing. Do you know what else likes to breathe? Our logo loves to breathe. Which is why it likes to keep a certain distance from other breath-sucking things around it.
01
This is the proper relationship between the main logo and the word “NIGHTCLUB” or whatever city name is being used. Note that the distance from the bottom of “COBAULT” to the top of “NIGHTCLUB” is one capital X-height of “NIGHTCLUB”. Also note that if the height of “NIGHTCLUB” is equal to 1, then the height of the entire logo will be equal to 10.65.
02
There should be a certain amount of space around our logo in relation to things like margins, typography, other logos, etc. The proper distance around the logo is the same distance that is between the top of the logo and the top of “COBAULT”.
03
There is a limit on how small our logo is allowed to be displayed. The height of the logo should never be less than 0.375 inches or 3/8 of an inch in height.

Thank you for adhering to these rules. We know we can be a little bit strict, but trust us, it’s the best for everyone if these rules can be abided by.
These guidelines are only to be used by the Cobault design teams and agencies. Thanks again and keep producing amazing work.
