FAQ 1. What are the benefits of going with AIESEC for internship? AIESEC has a wide range of network that gives you an easy access to many companies through its database. When you go for internship, we have local students in that country, who also work for AIESEC. They will pick you up from the airport and also help you through out the intern periods.

2. Can I go to internship, if I am a fresh man? Yes, you can as long as you can pass the company interview and match all the job requirements.

3. Can I easily get an internship in any country? AIESEC is present in over 140 countries and you can apply anywhere but it is easy to find internships with countries we have partnerships with like Japan, China, India and more.

4. How long are the internship programs? Usually its 6 to 12 months but especially for Japan there are 3 months programs as well.

5. Can I go to do internship in U.S. through AIESEC OGIP program? Yes, you can. But we are not suggesting you to go to U.S. that much because there are only a few opportunities for people to apply and the requirement is very high as well.

6. What documents do I need to prepare? Basically, we only need your CV(curriculum vitae). As for visa, you have to do it by yourself after you matched with the company.

7. How many interviews do I have to go through?


Two interviews. First, one with the AIESEC in that country and the final one with the company you are applying to.

8. How long after having the interview, can I know the result? Normally, we will inform you the result within 24 hours after the interview by email or Line.

9. What should I do after passing the interview? The next step will be signing the contract and making the payment with us.

10. How much do I need to pay AIESEC in my university to join the internship program? First you have to pay 600 baht for interview regardless if you pass or fail and then if you pass, you have to pay 15000 baht for exchange fee after contract signing. So totally you need to pay 15600 baht.

11. When should I pay after contract signing? You have to pay within a week after contract signing, otherwise the contract has to be made and signed again.

12. What is the next step after I am done with contract signing and payment? We will help u to open your account on our website and then you have to upload your information and CV and later you can directly look for internship opportunities from there.

13. How many companies can I apply? You can apply as many companies as you want.

14. Can I apply different countries at the same time? Yes, you can.


15. How to prepare company interview? We would provide you the company interview training before company interview.

16. Will the Company provide accommodation? Usually the company provides accommodation but it also depends on the company and job you choose.

17. How much salary do companies pay? It depends on the country and company you will work for. Generally, in Europe, the salary will be around 1000 USD. In some Asian countries such as China, Japan and Taiwan, the salary will be around 600-900 USD. Also, the salary in India will be lower.

18. How much possibility can I pass the company interview? It depends on the company requirements and your ability. But we will try to help you as much as we can to pass the company interview.

19. If I made the payment and cannot match with the company, what should I do? The duration of the contract will be 1 year. We would help you match with the companies as fast as we can. Also, we have a wide range of companies for you to choose. If you cannot match with any company within 1 year, the contract will be expired and we cannot provide service to you anymore.

20. How can I have interview with the company? Normally, interview will be online through Skype.

21. Can I stay there for some more weeks after I finished my internship? Yes, you can. But for some countries such as Japan, they are very strict on internship period. They will send you back as soon as you finish.


22. When will the contract expire? After one year.

23. Is there any refund? There is no refund.

24. Can I go to Japan for internship after my graduation? To go to Japan you have to be an undergraduate student.
