CATWALK in shanghai with own collection “in statu naturali”
ABOUT ME I am a fashion designer from Barcelona-Spain. I am 26 years old and I have worked in Shanghai and Barcelona. Once I finished my studies I moved to China and I worked in “Be Conn ected Shanghai Ltd.” for three years and a half. It was a great experience. In Be Connected Shanghai I designed for big international European brands s u c h a s L i d l , C a r r e f o u r, S h o e b y a n d L e f t i e s . The working experience in China allowed me to improve my skills in designing p r i n t s , s w i m w e a r, u n d e r w e a r, p y j a m a s & c i r c u l a r k n i t g a r m e n t s f o r k i d s . At the same time, I learnt how to communicate with people with different backgrounds and cultures, especially Chinese, Bangladeshi and Ethiopian which my office was working with on a daily basis communication. I a l s o h a d t h e o p p o r t u n i t y t o p e r s o n a l l y c h e c k t h e f a c t o r i e s w h e r e I c o u l d u n d e rstand all the making process of my designs. After two years, I became responsible for approving all the lab tips & protosamples of my designs. M o r e o v e r, I h a d t h e c h a n c e t o t r a v e l , e x p e r i e n c i n g n e w c u l t u r e s a n d f a s h i o n t r e n d s i n i m p o r t a n t c i t i e s s u c h a s S e o u l , To k y o , S h a n g h a i a n d H o C h i M i n h C i t y In January 2018 I came back to Barcelona and I started to work at “Codigo Studio”. In this office, I am in charge of all the women swear in woven & circular knit. We mainly focus our work for H&M, Stradivarius, Mango and similar fashion brands.By working together with my team and producing prototypes in the office, I could learn more in depth about fabrics, patterns & sewing process. I consider myself an easygoing and committed person with a big sense of the adventure. I am very curious and every day I am trying to learn and discover new things/places.In this way I am constantly growing and renovating myself.
