The typical 50 foot wide site posed a challenge in differentiating this development from other new, similarly sited buildings. A curved front, clad in round metallic luminescent glass tiles, and the full height glass window wall with asymmetric canted glass balconies provide not only a unique presence on the street, but dynamic living spaces for condominium residents. Similarly the very thin pouredin-place concrete floors and exposed round columns maximize ceiling height and the open plan.

A 11 story, 60,000 square foot building sits on a trapezoidal site precisely at the intersection of major subway lines below ground.
