TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cattle will sell with breed guarantee per Standard Terms and Conditions for a consignment sale as adopted by the perspective breeds selling in this auction. HERD HEALTH All cattle arrive at the fairgrounds with a state health certificate. A veterinarian will be available at sale site to write interstate health shipment papers for out-of-state buyers. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Updated breeding and calving will be printed on update sheet available at the clerk’s desk. SETTLEMENT Payment immediately following the auction with cash or your good check prior to moving cattle from the fairgrounds. Registration papers will be transferred and mailed to buyers in reasonable time. VIEWING OF SALE CATTLE All cattle will be penned and ready for viewing by 2 PM on Thursday, April 2. SALE LOCATION Auction will be held in conjunction with the Georgia Beef Expo and Cattlemen’s Convention and Trade Show at the Georgia National Fairgrounds located at Exit 135 off I-75, Perry, Georgia.
