Fiona Fitzsimons is a world famous Genealogist. Her expertise spans decades and, as Director of Eneclann and the Irish Family History Centre, Fiona has lectured on Genealogy in Trinity College and around the world.

About the Course This Autumn, Blanchardstown Library will be running a free course in Genealogy, following on from the popular Beginner's class last year. It is recommended that participants will have completed the Beginner's Course, or be familiar with the basic methods / ideas of family history research. There are 8 sessions over 9 Weeks, from 5th October to 30 November 2017 (the 5th week is a reading week). The Course is being run by Fiona Fitzsimons, through Blanchardstown Library.
About Fiona Fiona is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, a historical expert and entrepreneur. Working in the field for over 20 years, she has steadily developed the ultimate toolkit for Family History Research. Fiona has researched for shows like WDYTYA, Faces of America, Finding our Roots, Ancestors in the Famine, and has carved out a role as a writer and educator in Irish Public History.
