◘ OVERALL PROGRAM The project will be a new contemporary art museum in adelaide offering exhibition, gallery, commerial and recreational facilities. The investment of the project is approximately from 260 million dollars to build 30,000 m² area of the multi-storey museum. ◘ MAJOR CLIENT As a largest and official manager of the arts collections, Art Gallery of SA (AGSA) is the major client for the proposed site of Modern Art Museum of Adelaide. Currently the AGSA has prepared a business case for the project which is before the SA Government The SA Minister for the Arts Jack Snelling is a vital figure in any future implementation of the project.

Nature Foundation SA is a not-for-profit nature charity that works to Save, Protect and Restore South Australia’s natural biodiversity. Witchelina is a former pastoral property that comprises a magnificent outback expanse in South Australia. This project is proposed to build a group of tourist accommodation for Nature Foundation SA in Witchelina.

Ma On Shan Road development is my another major project in HKHA. I was assigned to study the arrangement of carpark and the minor issues of EVA access. Of couse my main responsibility is drawing by AutoCAD and improve the graphic and presentation effects of drawings. And I glad to be allocated more design autonomy. RENTAL HOUSE DEVELOPMENT
MA ON SHAN ROAD * Final Render is done by Visualizer
During in this project, I assisted architects to draw the cad drawings in schematic design stage and mapping the landscape drawings with textures and colour by photoshop, etc. Meanwhile, I helped the architects to prepare papers and drawings for the regular meetings with colleagues or other consultants.
Hong Kong Housing Authority (Sep 2013 - May 2015) (Jun 2015 - Feb 2016)
STUDENT HOSTELS ON NORTHERN CAMPUS THE CHINESE UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG
This is one of my main involving projects in ALKF+. The site was finished tender documents and under construction. Therefore I assisted the architect to handle finishings and painting of wall, the tender specification, indoor details design and materials adoption study etc.

FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE PROPOSED DESALINATION PLANT TSEUNG KWAN O AREA 137
In Dec 2017, my project team was in charge a proposal of innocative desalination plant. I took part in 3D model build and rooftop design, and of course airbrush images. AVENUE PARK KAI TAK
Avenue Park is my another most participated project in last year until now. I spent much time on revising the 3D model and renderings of Avenue Park. I also learnt various experiences from the tender submissions
REVITALIZATION OF YUE FUNG INDUSTRIAL BUILDING 22 WANG YIP STREET, YUEN LONG In this project, I participated the colour mixing of curtain wall and external strips . And I designed the ribbons-shaped carpark features (i.e. bling patterns on wire mesh located in 1/F) AVENUE PARK KAI TAK One of the special design in Avenue Park is the circle space named Avenue Plaza showing above. The lamp posts with appearance of flower and group of musical pipes let the plaza more attractive and be a good place for take rest
