The corresponding project is a residential building designed for a family that is in touch with their Maori heritage. Because of this, the idea of the design is to integrate Maori culture into the building inspired through the Whare Whakairo, (meeting house). This allows the building to reflect the families values and influence the way in which the family and others perceive them.
