Also tabbed first-team All-North Texas for Class 6A by SBlive.com following the 2021-22 season. ◊ Voted as the MVP for District 5-6A following the 2021-22 season and named first-team All-District 5-6A as both a junior and a senior. ◊ Honored as the Denton Record Chronicle’s All-Area MVP in 2022 after earning the publication’s Impact Player of the Year as a junior. ◊ Wrapped up his career with 1,418 points and 847 rebounds for Guyer’s Wildcats. ◊ Helped lead Guyer to a pair top-10 state finishes in MaxPrep’s rankings for Division 6A – No. 5 in 2022 and No. 9 in 2020. ◊ As a senior, averaged 23.3 points. 11.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.3 steals for Guyer, which compiled a 30-6 record. ◊ Posted double-doubles in 25 of 33 games played en route to averaging a doubledouble on the season. ◊ The fifth-ranked Wildcats were upset by No. 24 Arlington Martin, 47-46, in the Round of 64 of the 2022 state playoffs. ◊ As a junior, contributed a double-double average 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds –as well as 2.0 steals and 2.0 blocks – per game to lead Guyer during a 9-15 season hindered by injury, illness and a late start due to the football season. ◊ As a sophomore, posted averages of 6.9 points and 6.1 boards as Guyer completed the season with a 27-5 mark. ◊ The Wildcats, who were ranked No. 9 in Division 6A, lost to No. 4 Richardson in the Round of 64 of the 2022 state tournament.
