Vision: To visualize the Coastal Zone Management Plans (CZMP) of coastal States/UTs, prepared as per the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Notification 2011 and their regulatory boundaries in an interactive GIS-based Web Portal.

Objectives

y To visualize the CRZ boundaries and regulatory lines at 1: 25K of Survey of India Toposheet Grid. y To project the extent of CRZ limits lying on the landward side and different CRZ categories. y To envisage the spatial extent of the CRZ IA (Ecologically Sensitive Areas). y To overlay the CRZ categories with the Administrative Boundaries up to the village Level. y To visualize virtually the limit of the Tidal Influenced water bodies. y To visualize the different CRZ categories in each location of a Coastal Stretch using a query facility and Search tool.
