After 40+ years of practicing orthopedics and hand surgery in Klamath Falls, I’ve decided to close that chapter of life and move on to the next adventure. I am therefore announcing my retirement effective on the upcoming 1st of April. There are many to thank, beginning with the people of our southern Oregon communities and especially the patients and families that have entrusted me to provide their medical care. I also thank my incredibly supportive staff at the Klamath Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic and the South Cascade Surgery Center, as well as the support from Sky Lakes Medical Center and the surrounding communities east to Lakeview and Alturas and beyond. I could not have done my job without the unconditional support of my family and especially my wife Terrel. They have tolerated my busy schedule for all these years that included some missed birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Thank you all. I’ve had a great ride and it’s time to move on. The competent, wonderful providers (Drs. Heaton, Van Tassel, Knudsen, Bayley, and Hosack) will continue to provide the highest level of care for you and all records will remain at the Klamath Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic. Thanks,
