Why did we create an information booklet?
What is the experience project? The Experience project is an international internship programme for young people that are interested in travelling, getting to know new cultures and share theirs and contribute to something. It is realized by projects based on cultural education, entrepreneurship and world issues. Participants take part in the programme to change local environment and contribute to local issues by working in schools, universities, kindergartens or in summer camps. By the challenges and experience they live, they realize widen perspectives and a need for their own actions to make a change in their local society.

Candidate profile • Age: Maximum 30 year-old by time of being matched (according of XPP). • Being student or recent graduate (Maximum 2 years after graduation –according to XPP) • English level is at least good (Observed during selection interview).
*English knowledge is at least good and proved by one of the following measurements: B2+ language exam. One semester studied abroad. International working experience.
Value proposition • International exchange experience. • Discovering new cultures, sharing own to build tolerance between nations. • Changing local environment by contributing to educational topics (crosscultural education, language teaching, etc.)
