The following are available reports: Note: Vintage Homes are those that are 60 years old or older.

Vintage Remodel: Homes from $40K ­ 90K. These properties generally need considerable repair/updating and or remodeling. Often major systems are in disrepair (e.g. plumbing, wiring, heating, windows, doors, roofing, etc.) Buyers should ALWAYS get a professional inspection BEFORE purchase.

Vintage Economy: Homes from $90K ­ 150K. MAY need some updating in mechanicals, but structurally still recognizable as Vintage.

Vintage Moderate: Homes from $150K ­ 250K. These homes GENERALLY have been maintained as Vintage; mechanicals have generally been updated.

Vintage Premium: Homes from $250K ­ $500K Premium Homes vary widely from completely remodeled and updated to completely original but well­ maintained. As is the case with most Vintage Homes, location will have a significant impact on price.

Vintage Exclusive: Homes from $500K + These are the best examples of Vintage Homes in the area. They are often located well, have been extremely well­maintained and generally have the original millwork. They often sport an unusual or rare architectural feature (e.g. turret, circular stair case, copper roofing, etc.
