Installation Process:

1. The joists are placed on the walls or the beams.

2. Rollbars are locked into the top chord of the joists.

3. The Hambro System uses standard 4ft. x 8ft. x ½ ft. plywood sheets. It is then installed on top of the joists.

4. Standard 8ft. x 20ft. sheets of mesh are placed over the top chords of the Hambro joists.

5. Pour the concrete and finish the Hambro slab.

6. As the concrete attains a cylinder strength of 500psi, the rollbars and plywood forms can be removed.

Installation Process:

1. Delivery to the site.

2. Carefully unload the concrete to avoid damage on the panel edge.

3. The concrete panels are aligned with timber separating between them as shown above.

4. The lifting clutches is attached to cast in inserts.

5. The panels are pull back slightly to prevent it from slipping off during pitching.

6. Panels lifted vertically and pause before taking full weight to prevent swing.

7. The panel is delivered to the specific location and align to column centre lines.

8. Fixing plates is attached with bolts into cast sockets.

9. A vertical gap of 0mm to 20mm is anticipated on the column face.

10. Joint sealant is then applied to the vertical & horizontal joints.

9. Securing the glazed units by stopper and screw.

5. Anchor is installed to the mullion centreline.

7. The unit height can be adjusted using the adjustment bolts.

4. Each roof deck and joins are overlapped by 600mm.

5. Roof sheeting is fixed by screwing through CANAM AIR-CELL to the purlin.
