You’ll also burn around 200 calories during your weight-training workout. Weight training 3 tmes per week will burn an additonal 600 calories. In total, you will burn about 2,000 calories per week in the healthiest and safest way.


Cardio

The second part is cardio training, which plays a very important role in the transformaton of your body and improvement of your overall health. We will introduce you to interval training, which helps in acceleratng fat and calorie burning, while lowering heart rate and blood pressure and increasing your good cholesterol so that you and your heart are in shape. Performing 3 interval-cardio workouts per week will burn approximately 200 calories per workout, or 600 calories per week. You will also burn calories for approximately 2 hour after your workout is complete!


Nutriton

In this 3rd part of the GISFW program, you will learn how to eat properly – and enjoyably – as part of a healthy new lifestyle. Your nutriton plan is a key component of your successful body transformaton. 6 balanced meals per day, one every 2-3 hours, 6 days per week, with 1 Free Day. Yes, you can eat “anything” you want on your free day.


Accountability

The 4th and most important part is accountability. Your Get In Shape For Women personal trainer will hold you accountable for your progress toward your health and fitness goals. Your weight will be checked weekly and body fat monthly to ensure you are right on track.
