The press and public are invited to celebrate The Spice & Tea Exchange of Knoxville’s Grand Opening Weekend on February 17th - 19th! The Spice & Tea Exchange offers food lovers and tea enthusiasts a shopping experience filled with unique ingredients and culinary delights.

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Knoxville will kick off its Grand Opening celebration weekend with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, February 17th at 4:00 pm EST. Additional celebration details include tasty-themed samples, raffles, and special promotions all weekend including a Country Music Duo on Saturday, and a violin player on Sunday.

The Spice & Tea Exchange offers an abundance of products to choose from, with more than 100 fresh spices, over 70 hand-mixed seasoning blends, more than 30 naturally flavored sugars and salts from around the world, and more than 80 exotic teas. Join us Saturday February 25 from 9am-1pm for our Lesson Vol Training at our Lenoir City location!

STAR’s Lesson Volunteers work directly with riders and horses during lessons.

Lesson Vols assist participants with grooming and tacking; then sidewalk beside the rider during the mounted portion of each lesson.

Minimum time requirement of 1 hour per week at the same day and time for the entire session, and sessions can range from five weeks to 10 weeks long.
