SUPERFOOD CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS
These homemade protein crunch bars are the perfect snack when you're craving something sweet that's healthy.
• 1/2 Cup VH ONE Chocolate
• 3 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal
• 1 1/2 Cups Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
• 1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Line a 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add the crispy rice cereal and protein powder into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
In a microwave safe bowl or saucepan, combine the maple syrup, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Heat slowly until the chocolate is melted. Stir to combine the ingredients.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the rice cereal, then mix with a spatula until well-combined. Add melted coconut oil, if needed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press down with fingers into the pan. Place in the fridge until firm, at least 20 minutes, before slicing. Cut into bars and enjoy!

This Cookies & Cream Ice Cream is an insanely easy ice cream recipe to make and indulgent without the extra guilt.

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk the heavy cream until sti peaks.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the protein powder and salt. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir to combine.
3. Pour the protein powder mixture into the heavy cream bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold all ingredients together until smooth, about 1minute.
4. In a parchment paper-lined loaf pan or ice cream pan, add one-third of the ice cream mixture.
5. Add a single layer of one-third Oreo crumbs.
6. Repeat each layer twice more.
7. Freeze for 8-12 hours, or until solid.
