This golden yellow champagne starts off with the fresh taste of pear and lemon balanced well with lingering notes of vanilla and brioche. Three years of ageing create a fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas. The golden highlights in this bold yellow champagne give away the rich notes of exotic fruits.
