Overnight Baobab Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbs chia seeds
• 10 tbs coconut milk
• 2 tsp baobab powder
• 1 tbs desiccated coconut
• ½ cup chopped papaya
METHOD
1. In a glass, add combine chia seeds and baobab powder.
2. Add coconut milk and stir well. Let it sit in the fridge overnight or until gel-like.
3. Top with desiccated coconut and papaya (or other sweet fruit in season).
NOTES
Make your chia pudding in bulk and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Top your chia pudding with pears, dates, raspberries or even plums.
