As an architectual designer, believe in practicality over aesthetics Buildings should be designed to minimize their impact on other species and the environment, which is why I have a deep interest in green architecture. worked in the US for 6 years and most of the projects I've worked on were Revit-based. I have gained extensive experience in using BIM.

TheGrand Hyatt SFO hotel is a Revit based project. I was involved in the design of the building's form, facade and functional area zoning, as well as the interior design of the staff areas within the building. I also participated in coordinating the integration of interior design, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural consultant work in the model. Furthermore, I reviewed the designs to ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility regulations for disabled persons, and the targeted LEED Gold standards for green buildings established for the project.
are various types of rooms available for selection, including twin rooms, king-size bed rooms, queen-size bed rooms, executive suites, presidential suites, and more. Each room type has proportionally designed rooms that are ADA accessible according to building regulations. The public areas and facilities available for public use also meet the ADA. The above description was jointly completed by a senior architect in our studio and myself as a team.
Floor Double Height
Gusteroom 4TH Floor Lobby BallroomThe project is Revit base I was involved in the project from the early stages to the end of the DD phase. Because the project is located outside of California, we were hired as the design architecture company by the client, with another Texas-based company responsible for the CD/CA and later inspections. The project has not been completed and is in a confidential stage, so only partial media coverage and community notice images can be shown.
The project is 17 stories tall overall, and the client hopes to reserve separate spaces for the priests and staff of the church. Therefore, we set up a separate church staff entrance on the first floor, a separate lounge and priest-exclusive room on the second floor, and a church-specific parking lot in the basement. Since the church often has gatherings and activities, we designed an assembly space on the underground level by the riverbank for public use. The 1st floor of the building is hotel lobby, the 3rd floor is conference rooms, the fourth floor and above are hotel rooms, with a restaurant and bar on the top floor.
During the early stages of the project, I participated in communicating with the client for feasibility studies and preparing documents for community reports. In the SD phase, I participated in preparing approval documents, updating budgets, maintaining and producing BIM models, and designing the layout of hotel public areas. In the DD phase, I reviewed the public areas and updated and modified areas that did not comply with building codes and ADA standards.

Genting Secret Garden
-- Four Season Hotel Master Plan
esigning a home for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games our Master Plan and Main Village for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics venue in the Dama Mountains, east of Beijing, h ave been designed with the intention of creating an environmentally sensitive all-seasons "secret garden" that offers a respite from the urban environment of Beijing.
The
project includes eight resort hotels offering 2,680 two- to five-star guest rooms, branded spa residences, 580 condominiums, retail, dining, and entertainment facilities, skiing and skier services, tennis and golf centers, meeting and conference facilities, a multi-purpose exhibition hall and theme park, a traditional Chinese market, a wellness center, and year-round recreational activities.
The
project is a traditional one that relies on CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp as design tools. In this project, I participate in drawing CAD architectural drawings and analytical graphics, drawing and producing terrain models and architectural models, and participating in the planning of the placement of various buildings, as well as streamlining design, and so on.
Presidio Theatre
Presidio Theatre has been transformed into a truly exceptional performing arts venue, complete with an expanded stage, a 650-seat multiuse theater, dressing and green rooms, and state-of-the-art stagecraft facilities. Originally built prior to World War II on the former US Army Base at the Presidio in San Francisco, the theater primarily served as a movie house for troops stationed at the base.
This project is a traditional one that relies on CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp as design tools. In this project, I participated in drawing CAD, architecturaldrawings, andanalysisdiagrams, aswellasstudyingandanalyzing interior and exterior materials. In order to design based on the style of the original historic building as much as possible, we consulted a large number of literature on the use of original building materials, and summarized the architectural elements that appeared in the original design and applied them to thenewbuilding.
an effort to create a center for community-based performing arts, including dance, music, theater, and vocal ensemble, as well as local events, we decided to rehabilitate and expand the theater. Two modern above-grade pavilions were added, which provide cast support areas, lobby reception, and circulation spaces at stage level. Meanwhile, a new below-grade level was created to accommodate public restrooms, a rehearsal room, and other essential production support spaces.
Despite being modern additions, the pavilions have been designed to be compatible with the historic main theater building. In addition, a new outdoor courtyard has been created to accommodate postperformance events that take advantage of the local climate and scenic surroundings, making this location at the heart of the historic Presidio an ideal place for gathering and celebration.
181 Fremont residence
Rising
high above the San Francisco skyline, 181 Fremont has become a new icon that offers its residents unparalleled views of the bay and the city. Situated in the bustling SoMa neighborhood, known as the "center of everything," this luxurious tower provides its inhabitants with easy access to the city's thriving tech and financial sectors during the day and innovative bars and restaurants in the evenings.
Weplayed a pivotal role in the planning, documentation, and construction of the 181 Fremont residences, ensuring that the building is an architectural masterpiece and a home of unparalleledluxury.
In this project, I participated in document preparation, BIM model creation, architectural drawing, on-site inspections to ensure construction compliance with design drawings, and other relatedtasks.
SIX.
A new system bringing light to the shadow areas. We call it lluminance'. llluminance collects all the solar energy of the cities from buildings which can directly receiving light from the sun. Thin-film solar panels can be installed on windows of structures mentioned above, forms a network connecting to the central tower providing and receiving energy from the system The energy can be used to generate artificial sunlight for the shadow areas therefore reducing negative effects. like blocking views and sunlight. We choose halo form to put these lighting devices on. The central tower and the rings of different height build up a lighting system which can provide artificial sunlight to shadow areas.
Energy Collecting and Relighting SystemReform & Renovation of City Shiquan's Ancient Commercial Street
Shiquan County, as a historically significant and popular tourist destination, has been attracting a large number of domestic and foreign visitors. However, due to years of neglect and inadequate planning, narrow roads, outdated security measures, and many poorly maintained historical buildings have made the visitors' experience less enjoyable, while also negatively impacting the lives of local residents. Upon researching the county's history, we discovered a traditional commercial building model of "shops on the ground floor and residences above," which we decided to adopt for the redevelopment of certain sites, while also recreating the famous square and landscapes from historical documents. We aim to respect and restore the original street block scale, while also incorporating the local people's love for the Han River scenery into the tour route.
