I was born in Italy in a family of entrepreneurs. So, as I grew up, I saw my parents running their own businesses.
Unfortunately, nobody taught them how to transition from being an employee through having a great idea to becoming a business owner. There was no one to show them how to think like a business owner, act like a business owner, or show up as a business owner. So, their
businesses got very busy.
You might know that pattern as well. First, you start your business with the dream of having more time and more money. Then, a few years later, you find you have less time and very often less money than you would have if you worked for somebody else. So you just built yourself a very demanding job.
That's what my parents did. That's what I observed as a young child, so I was not
