Directions: Divide the cheese into 1 lb portions. Store 4 lbs of cheese for later. Also, divide the sauce into 1 cup portions. This will allow you to quickly make this recipe again at a later date. The bagels can also be stored in your freezer and pulled out as needed. Divide each bagel into two halves. Line each bagel with approximately 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Top each bagel with your choice of toppings and approximately 1-2 ounces of cheese (try combining both types of cheeses for a fuller cheesy flavor!). Microwave each half for one minute or until the cheese melts. The pizzas can also be baked in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy!
