Breakfast Baguette Ingredients: 1 6 ½ cup 1 1 cup
Large French Baguette Fresh Eggs Scrambled Soft Cooked Bacon Crumbles Thin Sliced Sweet Onion Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions: With a serrated knife, slice one third off the top of the baguette. Pull out the soft bread to a Âź inch thick shell. Fill the baguette with the scrambled eggs, bacon crumbles, and onions. Top with the cheese. Place the filled baguette with the top next to it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Place top back on and slice to serve.
Tip: Save the pulled bread for bread crumbs to be used later.
