Breakfast Tacos Yields: 36 tacos Preparation Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 pan GFS Sausage and Egg Breakfast Skillet, heated 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 medium Tomato, diced 4 oz. can Chili Pepper 1 medium Onion, diced 1 package 6" Flour Tortillas
Directions: Heat pan of GFS Sausage and Egg Breakfast Skillet per lid instructions. Lay on 6� tortilla flat. Place 2 oz. of Sausage and Egg filling on tortilla; sprinkle with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cheese. Roll into a burrito and place tow burritos on plate. Sprinkle more cheese on top and microwave one minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with tomato salsa and sour cream.
