Chili Cheddar Burger Ingredients: 1 - 2lb. GFS Fresh Ground Beef Patty, 80/20 Iodized Salt to taste Trade East Ground Black Pepper to taste 1 slice Cheddar Cheese 1 GFS Sliced Onion Roll 1 1/2 oz. Hearthstone Classics Chili with meat and Beans, heated 8 pieces Jalape単o Bottlecaps, deep-fried per package instructions 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce 1 slice Tomato 1 slice Onion, 3/16" thick Directions: Wash all fresh produce under cool running water. Drain well. Season burger patty with salt and pepper. Cook burger on char grill to desired doneness. Melt Cheddar cheese on patty and place on bottom half of roll. Ladle the patty with chili and top with jalape単o bottle caps. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Enjoy!
