Chinatown Chicken Wings Ingredients:  3/4 cup Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce  3 tablespoons soy sauce  1 clove garlic minced  1/2 teaspoon ground ginger  18 chicken wings  Vegetable oil Directions:  To make sauce: In medium bowl, combine Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce , soy sauce, garlic and ginger.  Cut tips off chicken wings; discard tips or save for another use. Cut wings at joints to form 36 pieces; brush with oil.  On grill, place wings directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing often with sauce during the last 15 minutes. Yield: 32-36 appetizers.
