Chinatown Chicken Wings Ingredients: 3/4 cup Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 18 chicken wings Vegetable oil Directions: To make sauce: In medium bowl, combine Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce , soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Cut tips off chicken wings; discard tips or save for another use. Cut wings at joints to form 36 pieces; brush with oil. On grill, place wings directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing often with sauce during the last 15 minutes. Yield: 32-36 appetizers.
